Jazzercise
EFT Policies and Procedures
(Things you need to know about your EFT agreement.)

1. The Jazzercise EFT method of payment is our most economical and convenient method of payment for your classes.

2. Your EFT agreement is not a contract and you can cancel this agreement at anytime by following the proper procedures. The only exception would be is if you signed up for Jazzercise during a “Buy 2, get one free” type of promo you would be obligated for the minimum purchase of 2 months and would be able to cancel after that time period. There is a minimum of a one automatic deduction before you can cancel.

3. In order to cancel your Jazzercise EFT agreement: Written notice must be received by us (Jazzercise) via email, or hand-written notice dropped off at our class, no later than the 15th of the month PRIOR to the month you want the payments to cease.

4. In order to amend your account in any way, i.e, payment method change, you must complete and submit an Amendment form (these are available at registration table) no later than the 15th of the month PRIOR to the month you want the amendment to be effective.

5. In some circumstances, it may be possible to put a temporary HOLD on your Jazzercise classes. There is a maximum time limit of 3 months on a HOLD and will be implemented on a case by case basis. Reasons for a HOLD would include medical issues and extended travel plans (trips longer than one month). As above – requests for a HOLD must be submitted in writing and received by us (Jazzercise) no later than the 15th of the month PRIOR to the month the temporary hold will start. Holds will not be indefinite and charges will automatically start up again after the Hold period ends.

6. In the event you request a change, hold or cancellation after the cut-off date of the 15th of the month prior to the month you want the change, hold or cancellation to begin, you will not be entitled to a credit or refund of any kind for your missed class time.

7. In the event you do cancel your EFT agreement , you can return and re-register within 90 days and avoid paying our joining fee. If returning after 90 days, however, the joining fee will apply.
